Language Courses at Junior Summer School

Young students can reach all of their English language goals with the comprehensive curriculum, communicative methodology, and experienced teachers of our Junior Language Courses in New York. We can accommodate both short-term programs and long-term studies, and students of all English levels.

Using the Common European Framework of Languages, our school accurately places each student in the appropriate class level via a placement test on the first day of the Junior Language Courses in New York. The language test analyzes the student's grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking.

This ensures that students are assigned to a class of the appropriate level. Our evaluation of levels accommodates students with absolute beginner-level English to those with advanced-level English.

Teachers of our Junior Language Courses in New York have university degrees and are qualified to teach English as a second language. During the Junior Language Courses in New York, students are given a test on every Friday. The students then review their results and academic progress with one of their teachers during a one-on-one counseling session. All students receive a certificate upon successful completion of their English course or program.
