International Junior English Summer Camp for Teens in London

English Summer Camp for Teens is based at University College London (UCL) and the University of Westminster, both ideally located in the heart of the capital and perfect for more independent learners. The campus offers excellent learning and recreational facilities combined with an exciting activity program, allowing students to experience everything London has to offer. Excursions include visits to some of the city's top attractions such as the London Eye and the Tower of London.

With the Westminster classrooms just a short walk away from our UCL residence in fashionable Fitzrovia, this junior summer camp offers the best of all worlds. It is the ideal place for students looking for the London university experience in a supervised yet independent environment.

Our highly skilled teachers will deliver an academic syllabus including topics on Britain's capital, giving students the opportunity to get to know one of the most vibrant and interesting cities in the world!

Junior Summer Camp in Cambridge, EnglandThe program is designed for 2 age groups: 12 - 15 and 16 - 19 years. Students study for 20 lessons per week in international classes of up to 15 students. Each lesson lasts for 50 minutes. On their first day students take a test to ensure they are placed in an appropriate level. There are five levels of study, from elementary to advanced. All students receive an end-of-course certificate.

All our teachers are graduates with recognised TEFL certificates, and are extensively briefed on the particular needs of young learners. The language is brought to life through a vibrant and functional approach. In addition to formal language skills training, lessons include project work, videos, games and use a wide variety of modern English language teaching resources.

Specialised Course is a three-week course, offering 60 lessons of focused training and development sessions. The specialised lessons are supplemented by 6 lessons (5 hours) of general English on 2 afternoons.

Specialised course students will mix in with general program students for meals and some activities. There will be some alternative activities and excursions for students on a specialised course, which will relate to their studies.

While studying coding, you can:

  • Improve your understanding of how websites work
  • Learn how to use HTML: the internet language
  • Create website pages
  • Add functionality and website features
  • Invent a game or app and adding development features to it

All of the topics are brought together in an overall project running throughout the course.

Students on this course will also have the opportunity to take part in talks by qualified coders and visit tech companies.

Summer Camp Location in London

Live and learn in the heart of London. The camp is located on campus of one of the UK's top universities, University College London (UCL) in fashionable Bloomsbury, historically known as the intellectual and artistic quarter of London.

Residence facilities include a bright, modern dining room, classrooms, a common room for student use, vending machines, laundry facilities and a large common room for film shows and other activities. Next to the residence are the swimming pool, the sports centre and playing fields. We also arrange discos and other fun events in the residence building, all for junior students only.

Summer Activities in London

There are two full-day and two half-day excursions per week. Full-day excursions include London, Canterbury, Windsor and Oxford. Excursions include London Eye, Thames river Cruise, Tower of London, Windsor Castle and more. There is also a full social program every afternoon and evening as well as other activities including movie nights, drum workshops, karaoke night, student discos, bowling and many more.

Accommodation Options

In London all students are accommodated in single or twin rooms. The accommodation is very safe, with our staff staying on-site, as well as the residence's own night-time security.

We also offer a Day Camp program withour accommodations.
