Cultural activities

The City of Lausanne is home to galleries, museums, and many theatres as well as ballet and music companies. They combine to create a rich cultural calendar, and our students visit these places and the performances to heighten their awareness and enlarge their cultural horizons.

Regularly organised excursions, especially during the summer courses, offer the boarders many opportunities to discover the attractions of the Lake of Geneva region.

Some of the popular attractions are:

  • Montreux - Chillon Castle
  • Geneva - United Nations
  • Gruyeres - Cheese capital
  • Lucerne - Museum of Transportation
  • St Leonard - Underwater Lake
  • Evian - Mineral water source

  • Les Rochers-de-Naye
  • Ballenberg - Swiss habitat
