Our Japanese Language School can introduce you to one of our many affiliated student housing and 'mansion' (apartments) options. Now there will be no need to worry. Please keep an ear out to catch information about our affiliated 'mansions'. There are 3 types to choose from. With a well thought out choice, you can look forward to a comfortable school life.

Mansion with Meals

There are many convenient facilities in our student housing! The shared dining room and bathrooms mean that even though you live alone, you can still enjoy spending time with other students. The best thing is that you can enjoy well-balanced hand-made meals everyday.

Mansion for Students only

With 24 hour security, you can receive support quickly whenever you have a problem. Since it is a student only mansion, you can also make friends easily. Even if you sign your lease early, you only pay rent after you move in, so you can take your time to look for the perfect room.

Mansion for Foreigners only

Sakura House is a "Guest House for Foreigners" which is used by more than 1,500 people from 65 countries. Rooms are independent and kitchen and living rooms are shared. You can enjoy living with people from many countries. Lease procedures are very easy. With 152 building and 1,500 rooms in the Tokyo area, we are here to support you with a comfortable life during your study, traveling or business.

Living expenses per month

Total average expenses: 100,000 - 150,000 Yen a month:

  • Housing (including energy costs): 40,000 - 70,000 Yen
  • Food: 20,000 - 30,000 Yen
  • Mobile Phone: 5000 Yen
  • 1month transport: 10,000 Yen
  • Other expenses: 20,000 - 30,000 Yen
