This program combines focused morning classes with action-packed afternoon and weekend activities and excursions. From carefully screened homestay families to supervised activities we spare no effort to create the safest possible conditions so that each student can make the most out of their once-in-a-lifetime experience. The program is offered to students from 12 to 17 years of age.
The programs' framework consists of English as Second Language training combined with lots of social, cultural and fun activities. Our dedicated team works together to ensure that the curriculum used in the classroom setting and the activities during the day are linked together, thus making it a true learning experience for the students.
The activities have been designed to be fun and engaging for the students. They also give students the opportunity to practice their English and learn about Canadian culture. The activities will run in the afternoon and evening after English classes, usually between 14:00 - 18:00 and from 20:00 - 22:00. During the weekends there are full day activities and they will start as early as 9:00 and continue for the rest of the day. Below is a sample week of activities.
All our junior programs are designed to provide students with a unique learning opportunity. Students are encouraged to learn independent decision-making and take part in life-skill development that is not normally offered in their regular school curriculum.
The Junior Programs are a great opportunity of a lifetime for students to learn English, gain valuable social skills and enrich their cultural understanding through interaction in a truly multicultural setting.
