Our English Language school in Manhattan has a dedicated English Teacher Training Department, which runs courses in New York, Boston, San Diego and Miami.
All English Teacher Training Department courses are run by University of Cambridge-approved trainers, who are all highly experienced ESL teachers, having taught for a minimum of five years in a range of different countries. Our trainers have minimum qualifications of a CELTA and either the DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults) and/or a Master's degree in TESOL. All Cambridge-qualified trainers have undergone a rigorous training process lasting several months and have been externally assessed by a representative from the University of Cambridge.
The University of Cambridge CELTA course is run at nearly 300 centers around the world and in over 50 different countries. It is considered by many to be the benchmark English language teaching certification and the only qualification that many language schools accept.

Our Teacher Training Department runs Intenisve Full-Time and Extensive Part-Time CELTA courses accredited by the University of Cambridge.
Successful trainees of our courses are awarded a University of Cambridge CELTA, which stands for Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. CELTA certificate courses are administered by the University of Cambridge and run at language centers all over the world. Each course follows a curriculum designed by Cambridge University. To complete the course and achieve CELTA certification, candidates must fulfill certain requirement as set out by the CELTA curriculum.
