Online Application

The University Placement Service is only available to students who enrol on an English course at one of our English Language Schools in the United Kigndom.

If you have not already enrolled on an English course, you need to apply to one of our English Language Schools in the UK first and then submit your application for the University Placement Service.

You will find detailed instructions on how to apply and links to the online and printable application forms on the following "Enrollment" pages of the schools' online brochures:

Submit your application for your English course online. This will allow you to apply for the University Placement Service at the same time - right after you have submitted your online application for your English course. You need to complete all sections of th form below and send all your supporting documents, addressed to the 'Academic Counsellor' at the IPSA Enrollment Center.

Please note: your application will not be processed until we have received your application for your English Language course, course and accommodation deposits and application and accommodation placement fees from your credit card, and all your supporting documents.

If you are already enrolled on an English course at one of our English Language Schools in the UK, please complete the form below in order to apply for our University Placement Service. You will need to quote your student number (found on your Letter of Acceptance) so please have this ready. Please note: your university application will not be processed until we have received all your supporting documents.

Once we have received all the necessary information from you, we will:

Complete all your university application forms in full

Send your application forms to your selected universities, supported by the necessary academic papers and our own covering letter

Make sure that your application is received by the right university personnel before application deadlines

Monitor the progress of your application and make sure you receive a prompt decision

There are restrictions on when you can apply to a university in the UK that must be adhered to:

For undergraduate courses starting in September 2003, applications must be submitted to UCAS between 1st September 2002 and 30th June 2003.

For undergraduate applications to Cambridge and Oxford Universities, and for medicine, dentistry and veterinary science courses starting in September 2003, applications must be submitted to UCAS by 15th October 2002.

For postgraduate and foundation courses starting in September 2003, applications must be submitted to UCAS between 1st September 2002 and 1st August 2003.

Please note: the IPSA Enrollment Center must receive your completed applications at least one month before the UCAS deadline of the course you are applying for.
