The following documents must accompany your application to a university in the UK. Please email your personal statement, and fax or post all other supporting documents, to the IPSA Enrollment Center. All correspondance must be addressed to the 'Academic Counsellor'.

Your university, secondary school or high school grade reports and course transcripts. |

Your university, secondary school or high school graduation certificate. |
|
An academic reference from a tutor, teacher or professor who has experience of teaching you. |
|
An employer reference. This is not compulsory but in the absence of an academic reference this may substitute. |
|
A character reference. This may be written by someone other than a member of your family who knows you personally and can comment on your character. |
|
A personal statement. This is a short, biographical statement (approximately 200 words) explaining why you want to study your chosen course at your chosen university. It will be used by universities to help assess your application. It is biographical in nature and should contain some personal details which cannot be put on your application form. Completed statements should be e-mailed and not faxed or posted. You should be concise and clear in your writing, and as far as possible error free. It should be typed, be your own work and include the following:

Any past study you have done related to your chosen field |

Any relevant work experience |
|
The reasons why you wish to study in the UK |
|
Your ambitions/goals/expectations |
|
Personal interests |
|
Hobbies, pastimes, sporting & social interests |

Any other information you feel will support your application |

The following documents must be supplied before you can take up a university place.
|
Evidence of proficiency in English language (Cambridge certificate/IELTS/TOEFL score report). |
|
A financial reference. For EU students this may not be essential, but for applicants from outside the EU some proof of your ability to support yourself financially during your studies may be necessary. This may be a bank statement or a letter from a sponsoring agency. |
A note about supporting documents.

References must be written or typed on the official headed paper of the organisation/institution to which the referee belongs. |
|
References can be written in a language other than English provided that the reference is accompanied by an accurate translation. |
|
Translations of documents into English do not have to be certified by a notary if they are accompanied by the original documents from which the translation was made. |
|
In all cases, photocopies of original documents are sufficient. |
