Admission Requirements

BBA Program
  • To hold a Swiss Maturite, German Abitur, French Bacccalaureate, English "A" levels, a US High School Diploma or equalent.
  • To reach the age of 18 years old by the starting date of the course
  • To reach a level of English TOEFL 500 or equalent
MBA Program
  • To hold University Degree (or judged equalent)
  • To reach a level of English TOEFL 550 or equalent
  • To reach the age of 18 years old by the starting date of the course
  • Work experience is not compulsory but recommended

Application Deadlines

The first step to enrolling is to complete an Application form as far in advance as possible. This will insure that there will be space available for you in your selected program.

Fall Semester (October intake) - we must receive your application on or before April 15th.

Spring Semester (March intake) - we must receive your application on or before February 15th.

Please also note that if an "Entrance Visa" is required by the Swiss Authorities, the course must be paid in full before you apply for the visa. Please also note that a visa process normally takes about 3 months

How to apply?

You need to complete and return the Application. A non-refundable application fee of $150, program registration fee of $300 and a tuition deposit of $250 are required with your application. The Tuition Deposit is part of the cost of your program and is deducted from the total program fees. If you apply less than 30 days before the beginning of your program; please also add a late registration (late payment) fee of $60. Please note that your application will be considered only when your payment of the above fees and the tuition deposit has been received.

You may apply online via our secure online application form or you can print out a printable application form, complete it and send by mail or fax to the Enrollment Center. You will find links to both forms below:
  1. Online Secure Application Form. You may apply online if you pay the application and registration fees and the tuition deposit by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. In our Online Secure Form, we utilize the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) authentication and RC4 128 bit encryption technology. SSL encryption protects information being transmitted across the internet to our processing center.

  2. Printable Application Form: Click here to access a printable Application Form, print it out from your browser, complete the form and send it by fax or mail to the IPSA Enrollment Center.
Upon receiving your application and required payments, we will send you an e-mail (or fax) confirmation and invoice within 10 business days. The confirmation will contain the details of your course and all pertinent costs. Please note that we must receive the full payment BEFORE we issue an Official Letter of Acceptance and no later than 30 days before the commencement of your program. If you apply less than 30 days before the beginning of the program, the full payment is due upon the confirmation receipt.

Payment of Fees

Other Terms and Conditions

General

IPSA and Member Schools are not liable in any cases of force majeure (according to the law) or for actions of the students and their consequences.

Health Insurance

    The Swiss law (1st January 1996) concerning sickness and accident insurance, demands that all students, residing in Switzerland, be insured against sickness and accidents by a recognized Insurance Company.

    We would therefore be grateful if, upon your arrival at the School, you could provide us with a statement from your Insurance Company, certifying that you are also covered in Switzerland. (Hospital - Doctor - Pharmacy)

    If this is not the case, we have to insure you at the School for the period of your stay.

Postponement of Courses, Changes, Last Minute Bookings and Payments

  1. The office must receive written notification at least 30 days before your course begins in order to transfer your reservation to a later course date.
  2. For last minute bookings, last minute changes and late payments (arrival within 30 days) a non-refundable US$60 supplement will be charged.
  3. All fees are subject to change without notice and may vary according to the currency exchange rates.

Cancellation Policy

If the request for a Study Visa is refused by the authorities, our school refunds all fees paid except for the application and registration fees, and tuition deposit.

If our school have confirmed either prelimintary or final acceptance or the student has paid the fees but subsequently wishes to cancel the application, the school has to be notified of this decision in writing by registered mail within 45 days before the first day of the term in which the student is due to enter the program.

In the event of cancellations being received on or before the first day of the 45 days preceding the first day of the term in which the student is due to enter the program, we will be entitled to the folowing % of the fees due in respect of the entire programme:
  • BBA - 35%
  • MBA - 60%
In the event of cancellations being received after the first day of the 45 days preceding the first day of the term in which the student is due to enter the program, we will be entitled to the folowing % of the fees due in respect of the entire programme:
  • BBA - 60%
  • MBA - 85%
Payments made in excess of this percentage will be refunded less non-refundable items (application and registration fees, tuition deposit).

Leaving the program - financial aspects.

If a student wishes to withdraw from the program on her/his own decisions, our school has to be advised in writing and with explanations as soon as possible.
The following remain payable for the program:
  • BBA for the tem in which notice is given and the 60% of the following terms' fees
  • MBA for the entire year
