Learn Spanish in Valencia!

Valencia is situated in the centre of the Spanish Mediterranean coastline. It overlooks the spacious Gulf of Valencia and is skirted at the back by a group of medium-high mountains and rolling plains leading to the lands of Aragon and Castile-La Mancha.

“Valencia is certainly not only sea and sun. Valencia is the future: renovation and expansion in its architecture, in its nature, its inhabitants… its horizons, Valencia is the presence of the past and the illusion of the future. The numerous historical events have left their traces, enriching its patrimony. Turning Valencia into a open and cosmopolitan city and one of the most important of Spain, both on a cultural and economic level. Valencia, with its blue sky and sea, shining sun, past civilisations, offers a particular atmosphere. Valencians are extroverted, have a boisterous and open character. You will be charmed by their hospitality. Come, verify and enjoy!”

CLARA HERNÁNDEZ, Head of Studies

With a fantastic climate and more than 500 kilometers of coast, Valencia is one of the Spanish coastal areas with the most extensive beaches and therefore, it is decidedly one of the country's most tourist areas.

It is the administrative capital of the Valencian community and the centre of the reagion of L'Horta. It is the most densely populated town in the Valencian community as it is encircled by a wide belt of medium-sezed municipal districts which form an unbroken built-up area with an average density of 1,600 inhabitants per square kilometre. Sightseeing around the city begins in the old quarter. Until the mid-nineteenth century, it was defended by a wall, the inner route of the number five bus. Still standing as proof are the graceful Torres de Serranos, the spacious Torres de Quart and some remains of the apron wall in the basement of the Valencia institute of Modern Arts. The most outstanding artistic heritage is to be found in the districts of Seu and Xerea, where the marks left by thr Romans lie hidden beneath Arab ruins and modern churches and palaces.
Valencians love fiestas and delighted in sharing their joy with others. By far the most popular of festivities are the world famous "Fallas" (12-19 March), or festive bonfires, with their explosion of colours, fireworks and the smell of gunpowder.

Leisure and entertainment activities in Valencia constitute one of the most exciting and extensive ranges throughout the Mediterranean. Everywhere, discos, night clubs and pubs provide the right kind of scene for enjoying a night out.

The School is located right in the city centre and only 20 minutes from the beach by bus. The school of Valencia occupies a first floor and has 7 classrooms, fully equipped with a multimedia classroom, secretariat, teachers' room and meeting area. Near the school there is a magnificent park, which was one the bed of the River Turia, and the famous Museum of Arts and Science is located there.

Spanish Language courses available: intensive and superintensive Spanish courses; Spanish for Life; individual Spanish language training; DELE exam preparation.

The school is a site for the Multi-City Program in Spain.
