General Terms and Conditions:
The accommodation is only for students and is at your disposal after 12:00 on Sundays prior to your first course day until 12:00 on the Saturday after your last course day.
In case you need extra nights, we will help you to arrange a hotel reservation.
Included in the price:
- Bed linen, towels (only for family stay), charges for gas, electricity, water and local taxes.
- Student flats are equipped with TV, oven and washing machine.
- Student flat cleaning service once a week for rooms of common use.
- Maintenance in student flats.
Not included in the price:
- Laundry service with host families: €13.00 per week per person.
Change of the city, country or type of accommodation:
- When changing city, country or type of accommodation, the 1 week price will be applied again and not the extra week price (only weeks in the same city will be considered as extra weeks).
- Administration costs for each change in accommodations before and after arrival: €30 (Spain); $30 (Mexico and Peru). Accumulative.
