Dates and Fees for 2008

Intensive courses start any Monday;
Super-intensive courses start on the first Monday of every month.

Included in the course fees

Written and oral placement test (except for begginers).

Acredited certificate and academic report upon completion of the course.

Welcome party.

Use of computer, e-mail, access to the Internet

When 2 public holidays fall in the same week, the classes of one day will be made up.

With the + courses you will have one daily cultural class covering Spanish & Latin American culture and civilisation. Maximum number of students in these extra cultural classes is 12. The special discount prices listed above are applicable when doing a minimum of 12 or 24 uninterrupted weeks and the total cost of the program is paid in full in advance.

General Terms and Conditions:

Extra day: 45 Euro (max 3 days).

You are expected to respect some (reasonable) house rules in all types of accommodation.

The accommodation is only for students and is at your disposal after 12:00 on Sundays prior to your first course day until 12:00 on the Saturday after your last course day.

In case you need extra nights, we will help you to arrange a hotel reservation.

A deposit of 150 Euro is required for students living in student flats and residences. The students will pay the deposit on arrival at the school and will be refunded the full deposit at the end of their stay, when they leave the accommodation as they found it.

Special discount prices for Spanish for Life students when staying 12 weeks or more in the same student flat or residence and in the same city.

Shared Double room: If you reserve a double room and there is no other students with whom you can share the room, you will have to move to a single room accommodation and pay the Single room fee.

Change of the city, country or type of accommodation:

When changing city, country or type of accommodation, the 1 week or 2 week price will be applied again and not the extra week price (only weeks in the same city will be considered as extra weeks).
Administration costs for each change before and after arrival: €75. Accumulative.

If you combine 2 different courses in the same city you will pay the registration fee only once.
Last minute booking/late payment supplement (if you register or pay your fees less than 3 weeks before your program starts): 60.00
Administration costs for each change in your reservation before and after arrival: 30.00
For each city you combine you must add a supplement: 45.00 (free for long-term students)
When changing city and staying only for one week, the '1^st week' price will be applied again and not the 'extra week' price.

We recommend that students from non EU countries take out a medical insurance policy provided by the School that guarantees coverage for the illnesses stipulated in this insurance.

Important: keep in mind that besides the national holidays each province has another 5 holidays, on which information will be provided in January, 2007.

Practical Information

Holidays: no classes. In case of 2 holidays within one week, the missed classes of one day will be retaken.
