Accommodations

Practically all of our international students reserve accommodation together with their language course. The School offers accommodation in student apartments and selected Spanish host families, both located close to the school and beach.

Student Apartments
	Our student apartments (shared and private) are ideal for those who wish to maintain their independency, each student will receive a key and is free to enter or leave the apartment whenever he/she wants. The kitchen is fully equipped, catering is not included. It is important to know that the student apartments have to be maintained by the students themselves. Towels have to be brought by the students, bed sheets are provided. Our apartments are cleaned by our cleaning staff every 2 weeks.
Our shared student apartments are the most popular accommodation type. We offer 3 different types from basic to comfortable apartments. Our experience shows that younger students prefer our cheaper standard apartments whereas older students reserve primarily comfort plus apartments. Standard Apartment Our most basic apartments, decorated in a simple and functional manner. Comfort Apartment Comfort apartments are decorated in a more modern and comfortable way. Comfort Plus Apartment Our most comfortable apartments, located in smaller buildings, or small town houses. There are single and double rooms to choose from, all other rooms like bathroom, kitchen and balcony are shared with fellow students. If you choose a double room and do not arrive with a friend we will place another student into your room. Private Apartment (studio) is not shared with fellow students, we call it Studio. A studio is a comfort plus apartment with one bedroom. If reserved with one double room the reservation has to be made together with a 2nd person, which means that the school will not automatically place another student into the apartment. Your partner or friend does not have to attend a course at our school. Accommodations are reserved from Sunday prior to the start of the course until the Saturday following the end of the course. Spanish Host Families
	Living with a host family is a good choice if you wish to participate in the daily Spanish life and are interested in learning more about the local culture and food. Our selected host families are experienced in lodging foreign students and giving them the opportunity to practice their Spanish outside of the classroom as families will typically invite students to participate in their weekend activities and introduce them to their family members.
Accommodation in a host families includes half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) with a choice between a single or double room. If you choose a double room and do not arrive with a friend we will place another student into your room. All our families are located close to the beach and the school. Before choosing family accommodation please also take into consideration that students living in host families will have to respect and also adapt to the host families daily life and habits.
