Club Hispánico and Host Family Accommodation

  1.  Bookings are usually in units of 2 weeks. The arrivals day is Sunday and departures are on Saturday morning. Therefore 2 weeks = 13 nights, 4 weeks = 27 nights, 6 weeks = 41 nights etc. For stays of 12 weeks or more students can also book odd numbers of weeks (13, 15, etc).
  2. If a student wants an odd number of weeks for a shorter stay, please always ask – we will allow this whenever possible.
  3. After the first 13 nights all subsequent nights (whatever the duration) are calculated at the extra night price.
  4. There can be no price reductions for students wanting less than 13 nights (except in the case of 1-1 courses as detailed below).
  5. If, due to flight schedules, students need one extra night, this can sometimes be arranged on a request basis. The extra night will always be charged. (No extra nights are possible in apartments).
  6. In the case of 1-1 tuition, one week units (6 nights) can be booked except in the High Season (as defined above). These should be calculated at the extra night rate.
