General Terms and Conditions:

Included in the price:

• Bed linen, towels (only for family stay), charges for gas, electricity, water and local taxes.
• Student flats are equipped with TV, oven and washing machine.
• Student flat cleaning service once a week for rooms of common use.
• Maintenance in student flats.

Not included in the price:

• Laundry service with host families: €12.00 per week per person.

Change of the city, country or type of accommodation:

• When changing city, country or type of accommodation, the 1 week or 2 week price will be applied again and not the extra week price (only weeks in the same city will be considered as extra weeks).
• Administration costs for each change in accommodations before and after arrival: €33. Accumulative.

Other Fees

• Application fee: 60.00
• Course registration: 95.00
• Bank Fee: 45.00
• If you combine 2 different courses in the same city you will pay the registration fee only once.
• Last minute booking/late payment supplement (if you register or pay your fees less than 3 weeks before your program starts): 60.00
• Administration costs for each change in your reservation before and after arrival: 30.00
• For each city you combine you must add a supplement: 45.00 (free for long-term students)
• When changing city and staying only for one week, the '1^st week' price will be applied again and not the 'extra week' price.
• The exam fees of the official exams are not included. Approximate prices; DELE: 165; Chamber of Commerce: 90.00
• Maximum 16 students per class (except D.S.E.: 8)
