Host Family

Our host families are carefully selected to offer you the best homestay experience. The families are all situated within close distance to the school. This is a wonderful way to learn and experience the culture of South Africa first hand. It also allows you to practise your English. Breakfast and dinner is included and lunch on Sundays. We offer 2 types of family options:

- Basic Room Host Family - This option is where the student shares a bathroom with a family
- En-suite Room Host Family - This option offers students their own bathroom facilities.

School Residence

This is our beachfront accommodation option with most rooms overlooking the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the waves breaking on the white sand and the smell of fresh sea air. This will invigorate both mind and soul.

The school residence is also home to Island Vibe Backpackers. This means you will be meeting travellers from around the world as they stop over to enjoy Jefferys Bay. This will also allow you many opportunities to practise your English.

The unique vibe of the bar and cafeteria area offer all day refreshments, meals and fun late into the night. An advantage is that the school residence is located a minutes walk from the school.

Single Room / Double Room: Here you stay alone or share with a friend.

Sharing Double: In this option you book a bed in a large en-suite room. You might share a room with someone from a completely different culture which adds to the whole learning experience. These rooms have there own private kitchen and barbeque area. The rooms have sea views and a balcony/veranda with deck chairs to soak up those golden rays.

Dormitory: This consists of 4 to 8 bed dorms where bathrooms are communal. There is also a large communal kitchen. This is for the young at heart who enjoy the adventure of backpacking. It is also an affordable way to study English.

Beach Front School Residence

We have a unique beach front school residence offering single, double, triple and dorm accommodation. To access the beach you just have to open a gate and you step onto the white sand. The school residence is also home to backpackers with various travellers from around the world stopping over to enjoy Jefferys Bay.
