The Cape Peninsula gives you the opportunity to take part in an endless range of exciting activities and adventures at reasonable prices. People from all over the world come here specially for the extreme sports we have to offer. All these activities can be booked by our leisure co-ordinator.
Whatever you prefer, the Cape offers something for everybody.
Here are some examples:
| Abseiling |

Abseiling off stunning overhanging cliffs is a safe and very exciting outdoor adventure. The main sites are Table Mountain with a beautiful view over the city, Chapman’s Peak, Kamikazi Canyon and the Helderberg Mountains. |

Glide off Lion’s Head for the flight of a lifetime and land safely on the beach. See the beauty of the beaches along Clifton and Camps Bay the way the seagulls see it. |
| Skydiving |

| Mountain Biking and Cycling |

Around Cape Town there are many beautiful routes along the coastline, up the mountains or through nature reserves. Bikes can be hired at several bike rentals.

Cape Town offers perfect conditions for kite flying. The white beaches of Noordhoek, Fish Hoek and in Blouberg are always windy and favorite spots for kite enthusiasts. |
| Caving |
|
There are more than 80 explored caves between Kalkbay and Muinzenberg. Among the most popular is the Boomslang cave, which is 150 meters long and has several high chambers and an underground pool. |
| Hiking |

The Cape offers dozends of hikes. The most famous trails are up Table Mountain. Walking up is an enormously rewarding experience with spectacular views over the city. |
