Course Fees:

General English:

Full Time

English tuition 25 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:15pm-3:15pm.
Morning lessons concentrate on grammatical correctness, vocabulary, speaking and listening skills as well as reading and writing. Many texts are used and students are encouraged to speak as much as possible.
Afternoon lessons concentrate on spoken skills, conversation and discussion activities. Games, tapes, videos and DVDs are used as well as situational activities. Speaking, speaking and more speaking!

Class Content as for Full Time morning classes.
Afternoon course: 10 hours/week, Mon-Fri 1:15pm-3:15pm.
Fee: $250 per week (Morning), $180 per week (Afternoon)

** Note any courses of only one week are charged at $400.

Study & Ski/Snowboard:

Tuition: 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, Half day. Monday-Friday half day Skiing/Snowboarding with the teacher at the local ski field. Please see the separate information sheet.
Duration: 1-12 weeks, June-September (subject to seasonable conditions).
Fee: $630 per week (5 Afternoons at the ski area), $530 per week (3 Afternoons at the ski area)
In Christchurch two full days per week at the ski area and three days full time study $550 per week.

Study & Activity:

Tuition: 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm
Activities: Monday-Friday every afternoon with the teacher. Please see the separate information sheet.
Duration: 1-12 weeks, January-March
Fee: 1-12 weeks, $500 per week

Exam Preparation:

Available for IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL and Pitmans examsIELTS preparation available all year.

Study & Work Experience:

Study English and then gain valuable Work Experience at a New Zealand company.Duration: minimum 4 weeks English Full Time or 6 weeks Part Time. Followed by Work Experience.
Fee: Placement fee of $500 (conditions apply, please see separate information)

Study & H.E.L.P. (Homestay Exchange Language Programme)

Study English and exchange home help for Accommodation. A great way to save money and improve your English. (Some conditions apply; please see the separate information sheet). Only available to Working Holiday Visa countries.Duration: 12 weeks.
Fee: Placement fee of $200

Study & Farm Experience:

After studying English at our schools, live and work on a New Zealand farm in exchange for accommodation.A great New Zealand experience.
Fee: Placement fee of $200 for the first farm, $100 for each extra farm (conditions apply, please see separate information)

Study & Scuba:

After English, learn to scuba dive or study for your professional license (See separate information).
Fee: Placement fee of $100

Working Holiday Support Programme:

Available for all countries with Working Holiday Visa relationship with New Zealand.Includes help to prepare for and find a job in New Zealand.
Fee: $200

Group Holiday Programmes:

Available all year. Please ask for a quote as prices vary according to content.Fun filled programmes filled with education, activities and a great experience.
Duration: 2-6 weeks

COMBO COURSE:

For students who wish to travel around New Zealand while studying. Choose any combination of four schools from our own Queenstown and Christchurch Schools as well as our partner schools; Worldwide School of English in Auckland, and New Horizon College of English in Napier. Study for a minimum of two weeks at 2, 3 or 4 schools. A great way to see New Zealand and study English.
Fee: Full Time: $320 per week, Part time: $250 per week. See separate information.

Registration, text deposit and Accommodation Fees:

Application Fee: NZ$150
Registration: $200. (Paid only once)
Text book deposit: $50. (Refunded in full if the book is returned in good condition)
Accommodation Placement: $120. (Paid only once, for finding a good family or placing students in our student apartments and counselling students throughout their accommodation).
Airport Pick Up: Free with homestay or apartment accommodation. $50 if required in Chch for transit students or in any other situations.
Homestay:
QUEENSTOWN $200. Part weeks at $30 per day.
Homestay fee includes breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday and all meals at the weekends. Students get own room, area to study, and adequate heating.
LSNZ Student Apartments:
$130 pw share room, $170 pw own room (See separate information for fees and conditions.)

Holidays:

The school is closed for all New Zealand public holidays and for two weeks at Christmas.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment of the fees can be made in New Zealand or in U.S. Dollars (according to the current
exchange rate for buyers communicated by IPSA on the invoice date)
