Practical Information

• You are expected at your accommodation after 12:00 noon on the Sunday before the course starts. You must vacate your accommodation by noon on the Saturday after your last course day. If you arrive a day earlier, or if you want to stay a day longer, get in touch with the Enrollment Center to make the necessary arrangements.
• You may change to a different family during the first week if you are not satisfied, because the most important thing for us is that you feel at home.
• In selecting host families, we do not look for luxury and comfort in the material sense. Nevertheless, you can count on personal attention, help and advice. You should not expect too much luxury in a student flat either, although of course all the necessary amenities are there.
• You will be given the address of your accommodation together with other detailed information before your departure. The information provided includes a brief description of your home stay or student flat.
• We guarantee that there will be no more than three foreign students staying with each family.
• Are you a vegetarian, are you allergic to house pets, do you want to be with a host family with young children or do you have other personal wishes or preferences? Let us know as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to comply with them.
• You will always be given your own keys so that you can come and go as you please. Your accommodation is always within walking distance of the school (maximum 30 minutes).
• If you do not want to be with other students of the same nationality as you in your accommodation, just let us know
• A deposit of $150 is required for students living in student flats and residences. The students will pay the deposit on arrival at the school and will be refunded the full deposit at the end of their stay, when they leave the accommodation as they found it.

• Bank Fee*: $45.00
• If you combine 2 different courses in the same city you will pay the registration fee only once.
• Last minute booking/late payment supplement (if you register or pay your fees less than 3 weeks before your program starts): $60.00
• Administration costs for each change in your reservation before and after arrival: $38.00
