General Japanese
This course is designed for studying everyday conversations in a small group (3-5 people) according to your level.

Business Japanese
Through Japanese language education, our school can support your corporatation to maximize your HR potential.

Short term course - 2 to 3 months
This course is designed for learning practical Japanese over a short term of 2 to 3 months.

Long Term Courses - 2 year Pre-College program
This is a two year Japanese language course designed to prepare students for entrance to university or graduate school.

Long Term Courses - One and a half year Pre-College Program
This is a one and a half year Japanese language course designed to prepare students for entrance to university or graduate schools.

Long Term Courses- 2 year General Japanese language program
This course is designed for those who intend to return to their countries to study or find work.

Groups and Levels.

Before starting classes all students are to sit for Placement Test. The results of this placement test will allow for the placement of new students in their appropriate level.

Level	Content	Period
Elementary	Learn 500 Kanji and 2000 words. Students will be able to listen to simple conversations and give appropriate answers, write short essays using given words, give opinions and listen to instructions.	6 months / 400 hours
Intermediate	Learn 1500 Kanji and 8000 words. Students will be able to understand the different usages of spoken and written Japanese, write essays on particular subjects, and listen to and write opinons about everyday topics.	6 months / 400 hours
Advanced I	Learn 2000 Kanji and 10,000 words. Students will be able to understand text explanations, write letters following a certain format, have conversations about news and social issues, write explanations, listen to social issues and read newspapers.	6 months / 400 hours
Advanced II	Learn 3,000 Kanji and 12,000 words. Students will be able to use terms of respect, read essays, write short essays, and debate about social and abstract issues.	6 months / 400 hours

Materials

Original materials are used at the Japanese Language School in Tokyo. Our original materials are sold both in Japan and overseas, and are rated as being highly effective by learners throughout the world.

Materials for the Elementary Class

Tokyo Language Courses The elementary class runs for 6 months. Our materials are designed using pictures to enable learners from various nationalities to visually understand sentence meanings. On the other hand, it has also been designed to build a good foundation for those who seek a high level of Japanese proficiency; teaching many words and including an early introduction to Kanji. Conversations are designed to teach students how to have natural conversations about their school life and everyday issues. This material is used in the elementary class.

Materials for the Intermediate Class

"Intermediate Japanese 18 weeks - 1,2"

Tokyo Language Courses A functional learning of the terms generally used in society. Based on the JLPT level 2, understanding of general issues in Japan are divided into sections such as "Requests" "Stating a Reason"etc.. This material is used in the intermediate class.
