Accommodation Prices (in Euro).
We've chosen the accommodations based on their conditions, size, amenities, furnishings, and location in respect to the school and to other areas of prestige and interest in the city.
This means that by choosing from the "gold" category, you will find small, very well preserved apartments in the heart of the city center, or larger and more modern apartments, situated on the edges of the historic city center.
The "silver" category presents apartments in good conditions, for the most part in the city center, those just outside the city center are generally larger and more comfortable.
The "bronze" category accommodations can sometime be located outside of the city center (though usually no farther than 1 km from the school) and provide the amenities of more modern or restructured buildings.
Each category has its own advantages.

Accommodation in host-family.
- The word 'family' should not be taken too literally, because your family could also be a single parent or a childless couple who take in students because they enjoy the company.
- Arrangements can be made between you and the landlord about the use of the washing-machine and iron or other appliances.
- Your host family will offer you breakfast or breakfast and dinner according to your choice. Therefore the use of the kitchen on your own is not scheduled.

Meals.
If you book host family accommodation you can choose breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner). You will have your meals with the family. Italian eating habits can be rather different from your own. Breakfast usually consists of coffee or tea and bread, butter, marmalade. Dinner is a complete meal served normally at around 8:00pm. Not all Italians include dessert as a part of their evening meals.

Rooming with another student.
We recommend a double room only for young people. According to our experience, mature people do not feel at ease in a double with very young people who have different habits and attitudes.
