Pane, Vino e Lingua is a two-weeks program combining morning language courses with afternoon culinary and cultural activities and excursions. During the morning you can learn the Italian language in a group lesson and during the afternoon you can discover the secrets of Tuscan wines and cookery. The program is also open to the Italian language beginners as an interpreter will be present at wine tastings and cookery lessons.
4 hours of Italian language group lessons in the morning from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., from Monday to Friday, guided wine tastings and cooking lessons in the afternoon. Wine tour during the weekend. You can follow the program for 1 or 2 weeks with or without Italian language lessons in the morning.

- 3.50 p.m. Orientative eno-gastronomic tour of the city of Florence
- 5.30 p.m. Welcome meeting
Tuesday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 4.00 p.m. Cookery lesson: Chick pea soup. Rabbit with black olives. Chianti Rufina 2001 Cerreto Libri
Wednesday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 4.00 p.m. Wine tasting: Tuscan white wines, tasting of three different wines with varied hors d'oeuvres
Thursday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 4.00 p.m. Cookery lesson: Spaghetti with squids. Dried salt cod with leeks. Chianti colli senesi 2001 Terrabianca
Friday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- Free afternoon
Saturday
- 9.00 a.m. appointment in front of the school gate. Departure for a tour around the area of Chianti Classico: visit of the Casa Emma wine-cellars, the historic centre of Greve, the Castle of Montefioralle. Lunch in a typical Tuscan trattoria near the Abbey of Passignano with tasting of wines of the area

Tuesday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 4.00 p.m. Cookery lesson: Ribollita (reboiled bread soup). Stuffed zucchini flower. Chianti colli fiorentini 2001 Cerro del Masso
Wednesday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 1.30 p.m. Departure for visit to the Selvapiana Farm in Chianti Rufina, snack and tasting of wines made on the farm
Thursday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 4.00 p.m. Cookery lesson: Risotto with zucchini. Chicken with pepper. Chianti colli aretini 2001 I Selvatici
Friday
- 9.00 a.m. Italian language lesson
- 8.30 p.m. Dinner in a typical trattoria

We want you to be able to speak, read, understand and write in Italian as quickly as possible, which is important for you. Our trainers understand various teaching methods which are used to insure your utmost success.
We offer Italian courses on seven different course levels: After filling out our Italian Placement Test you will be assigned to the Italian course that complies with your Italian knowledge ideally.
