Application Deadlines
Normally, we must receive a complete set of application documents and fees no later than 40 days before the program starts.
How to apply?
We encourage you to apply online, but you may also print out a monospaced Application Form from your browser and send it by mail or Fax. Please note that you may apply online only if you pay an application and registration fees and deposits online by credit card.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. In our Online Secure Form, we utilize the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) authentication and RC4 128 bit encryption technology. SSL encryption protects information being transmitted across the internet to our processing center.
If you are going to pay an application fee by check, money order or by wire transfer, please print out a monospaced Application Form from your browser and send it with your payment by mail.
Please send us the folowing:
- Completed application (printed or online).
- A brief autobiographical essay including reasons for wishing to study abroad.
- A non-refundable application fee of US$60 and a Program Deposit of US$200. The Program Deposit is part of the cost of your course and is deducted from the total program fee after conversion in Euro according to the current exchange rate.. Please note that your application will be considered only when your payment of the Application Fee and Deposit has been received.
Upon receiving your application, application fee and Deposit, we will send you an Official Letter of Acceptance and Invoice. Please note that we must receive the balance of fees due at least 40 days before the commencement of your program.
You may pay by wire transfer, check or money order, or by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You will find payment details on the printable monospace or online secure Application forms.
Other Terms and Conditions
Postponement of Courses
The office must receive written notification at least 14 days before your course begins in order to transfer the Deposits to a later course date.
Cancellation before arrival
You must inform the office in writing. Cancellation fees are charged as follows, and any balance is refunded:
More than 30 days before the course begins: Cancellation fee of $100.00
Less than 30 days before the course begins: Cancellation fee and Program Deposit
Cancellation after arrival
There is no refund after your course has begun.
