As the school is conveniently located in the heart of Shanghai, there are numerous housing options available and with its location next to Peoples' Square, there are numerous transportation services available as well. We are happy to help students with their housing arrangements since we recognize that it is important that students feel comfortable wherever they live when away from home. The school offers various housing options with easy access to school including apartments, hostels, host families etc. We can also recommend a wide range of reasonably priced hostels and 2-5 star hotels downtown with easy access to school.

We have paid special attention to our home stay accommodation, so families and homes that we have inspected and selected share some common important features:

• The home must be clean and comfortable and enable the student to study quietly.
• The family must be able to provide a good breakfast and/or a good evening meal daily.
• The families must be friendly and helpful and so give the students plenty of opportunity to practice their Chinese outside the classroom and school.
• Easily reach the school by public transportation with no more than 30-40 minutes traveling time.
