We believe that emphasis must be placed on the quality education and service. To ensure this, our school has its own system to select, train and supervise teachers to guarantee quality instruction. We are proud to offer certified teaching staff to all of our students. All of our teachers have either a Master's degree in teaching or over 2-3 years of teaching experience (about 1000 hours). We also guarantee clients that our teachers are not only qualified, but also have excellent personal integrity and display a high degree professionalism. As a result, our school has always received praise from our customers. Our school exists for the purpose of helping our clients learn Mandarin, to appreciate Chinese culture, and to experience modern living in Beijing.
Teachers are closely monitored to ensure teaching quality. Before teachers begin teaching at our school in Beijing, they first must complete a training course that outlines our teaching guidelines and expectations for the teachers. After completion of the training course, 2-3 in-class inspections will take place. In addition, at the end of each course students are asked to evaluate their teacher's performance, as well as their own personal progress in the course. If students feel they are having difficulties with a teacher during their course, we encourage them to approach one of the service staff to voice their concerns.
Our interactive teaching methods provide a relaxing learning environment. Our general teaching process can be divided into four phases:
Comprehension: learning new words are important for understanding the text, so vocabulary is covered first.
Recognition: learning how to write and use the words in the textbook.
Practice: students are encouraged to practice using the newly acquired words and sentence structures.
Reproduction: practice using your newly acquired knowledge in and outside class.
