Application Deadlines and Minimum Age
Normally, we must receive your application and fees no later than 30 days before the program starts. Acceptance of late applications is subject to space availability. To enroll you have to be at least 16 years of age, except special programs for children and teens.
How to apply?
We encourage you to apply online, but you may also print out a printable Application Form from your browser and send it by mail or Fax. Please note that you may apply online only if you pay enrollment fees and deposits online by credit card.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. In our Online Secure Form, we utilize the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) authentication and RC4 128 bit encryption technology. SSL encryption protects information being transmitted across the internet to our processing center.
You can also print out a monospaced printable application form
from your browser, fill in your application and send it by post or by fax. If you use the printable application form, you can make your payment of the registration fee and deposits by credit card, check or international money order or by wire transfer to our bank account.
Please send us the folowing:
- Completed application (printed or online).
- A non-refundable application fee of US $100.00, course registration fee of US $125.00 and a tuition deposit of US $200 (if you apply for the course for 16 weeks or more the tuition deposit is US $400) are required with your application. The tuition deposit is not an additional cost. The tuition deposit is a part of the cost of your course. Your payment in US Dollars will be deducted from the total program fees after conversion in Canadian Dollars accroding to the current exchange rate. Please note that your application will be considered only when your payment of the enrollment fees and the tuition deposit has been received.
If accommodations are requested, accommodation placement fee of $200 is also required.
Upon receiving your application, application fee and deposit, we will send you a registration confirmation and invoice.
If the student is under the age of 19 years, the government regulation states the requirement of a custodian for the duration of the student's study in Canada. If the student is staying in the school's dormitory, the School will become the custodian and if the student applies for homestay, the homestay host will become the custodian.
Any student who studies more than 6 months requires a Student Authorization. All students must obtain medical insurance prior to their arrival in Canada.
Upon receiving your application and your payment of the required fee(s) and the tuition deposit, we will send you a registration confirmation and invoice for the balance in Canadian Dollars converted in U.S. Dollars according to the current exchange rate for buyers communicated by IPSA on the invoice date. The balance may be paid in Canadian or U.S. Dollars. Please note that a full payment of the balance is due upon the receipt of invoice. Your place will be confirmed only after the full payment has been received.
