We offer assistance with accommodation to all students registered with the school. The most popular accommodation is homestay, especially with students who are new to Vancouver. Students are placed in a family according to their preferences.We are very particular about our homestay partners and we guarantee our homestay. If students don't like their homestay for any reason, and they tell us in the first week, they can change homestay immediately without charge.
We recommend homestay accommodation to most students, especially for the first two months staying in Vancouver. Staying in homestay is a good way for students to practice their English, and also gives them support while they get to know the city. It is also the most cost-effective accommodation option, especially in the summer (which is peak tourist season).

An Accommodation Placement Fee of CAD$200 is charged for all accommodation bookings. Payments can be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) or in U.S. Dollars according to the current exchange rate communicated by IPSA at the time of issuing an invoice.
