Canmore is a small community where visitors meet many local and international friends. During Canmore and Banff's warm seasons, visitors can choose from a wide range of activities including: whitewater rafting, kayaking, camping, biking, horseback riding and nature hikes; you can go sightseeing or enjoy a gondola ride followed by a relaxing soak in the famous Banff Upper Hot Springs. For a truly Canadian experience you won't want to miss the RCMP Musical Ride or the Canmore Heritage Day Folk Festival, which are popular with both Canmorites and international visitors.
