Learn Portuguese in Brazil!

"Now that I'm back from Brazil, I would like to share with you my thoughts about the one-week Portuguese language course I took in Rio de Janeiro (15-19 July, 2002).

First of I all, I'm very satisfied with the level of the course and with the great improvement in active (spoken) Portuguese which I achieved. The demanding attitude of most teachers and the fact that many sessions consisted of one-to-one conversations certainly contributed to my progress.

The course helped me tremendously; in the week after the course I was able to conduct many work-related conversations in the South of Brazil in Portuguese; I even conceded TV interviews (live!) in the language, on a show called 'Bom Día', i.e. Good Morning, which was broadcast at 6.30 a.m. Good Break of Dawn, I would call it. Anyway, those conversations and interviews would not have been possible without the course. Thank you!"
